Package: org.tensorflow:tensorflow-lite:2.17.0
Source: github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow
Licence: Apache 2.0

Copyright 2019 The TensorFlow Authors. All rights reserved.

Used to run the on-device object-detection model. All inference runs locally on the device's CPU, GPU, or neural accelerator via the Android NNAPI delegate.

TensorFlow Lite Support Library

Package: org.tensorflow:tensorflow-lite-support:0.4.4
Source: github.com/tensorflow/tflite-support
Licence: Apache 2.0

Copyright 2020 The TensorFlow Authors. All rights reserved.

MobileNet SSD v1 Object-Detection Model

Model file: detect.tflite (MobileNet SSD v1, COCO, quantised uint8)
Source: TensorFlow Model Garden — Object Detection
Licence: Apache 2.0

Copyright 2017 The TensorFlow Authors. All rights reserved.

Pre-trained on the COCO dataset. Used to detect objects in camera frames for proximity and direction estimation. The app uses bounding box position and approach trajectory only; object class labels are not used or stored.

AndroidX CameraX

Packages: androidx.camera:camera-core:1.6.1, camera-camera2:1.6.1, camera-lifecycle:1.6.1, camera-video:1.6.1
Source: Android Open Source Project — CameraX
Licence: Apache 2.0

Copyright 2019 The Android Open Source Project

Provides the camera lifecycle management and frame-analysis pipeline used to stream rear-camera frames to the detection model.

AndroidX Lifecycle

Packages: androidx.lifecycle:lifecycle-service:2.10.0, lifecycle-runtime-ktx:2.10.0
Source: Android Open Source Project — Lifecycle
Licence: Apache 2.0

Copyright 2017 The Android Open Source Project

Used to manage the foreground service and camera lifecycle in a way that respects Android activity and process lifecycle states.

AndroidX Core KTX

Package: androidx.core:core-ktx:1.16.0
Source: Android Open Source Project — Core
Licence: Apache 2.0

Copyright 2018 The Android Open Source Project

Kotlin extensions for core Android framework APIs.

Kotlin Coroutines

Package: org.jetbrains.kotlinx:kotlinx-coroutines-android:1.8.1
Source: github.com/Kotlin/kotlinx.coroutines
Licence: Apache 2.0

Copyright 2016 JetBrains s.r.o.

Provides the asynchronous concurrency primitives used to run camera frame analysis and detection off the main thread.
